Jerry’s Seafood and Blue Sea Café bring the harbor to the town

March 27, 2018

Jerry’s Seafood on Second Street in Lewes - home of the famous Crab Bomb - has carved out a niche with a wide variety of fresh fish and popular dishes in the First Town in the First State.

The Crab Bomb, regular or firecracker version, is a mound of savory jumbo lump crabmeat (no fillers!) prepared in an unforgettable style. The original 10-ounce Crab Bomb and the 6-ounce Baby Bomb are available as entrees at both lunch and dinner. Jerry’s cream of crab soup is top of the line as well as the creamy crab dip! And don’t forget Jerry’s exclusive seafood puttanesca linguine with clams, mussels and shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, pancetta, anchovies, Kalamata olives, capers and basil.

Located in the same building, Blue Sea Café offers a wide variety of healthy, home-cooked breakfast foods, gourmet sandwiches and market-fresh salads. (Don’t miss the crunchy Thai salad!) Starting Monday, March 26, Blue Sea will be open every day, serving breakfast 8-12 and lunch from 11-3. Everything is available for takeout by calling 302-703-2161.

Jerry’s features live music every Friday and Saturday night from 7-10 p.m. The music varies from artist to artist - jazz, blues, rock ‘n’ roll. The musicians are awesome to listen to, dance to and sing with if you wish! Enjoy discounted drinks, appetizers and raw bar items during weekday happy hours from 3 - 6 p.m. The large bar offers a wide selection of draft and bottled beers as well as fine wines, fun martinis and other liquors.

Jerry’s is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and for dinner from 4:30 to close. Kids will love the children’s menu. Everyone is welcome to the bright and friendly atmosphere at Jerry’s and the Blue Sea Café where fresh food and drink are always available. Jerry’s brings the harbor to the town!
