Let’s make pasta with Chef Roberto Forgione at Paul’s Kitchen on Saturday at Noon.

Roberto will teach you how to make pasta and the sauces to go with them.



From Roberto: As a young boy growing up in an Italian family, food and cooking were an important part of life as I spent countless hours in the kitchen watching and learning from my grandmother and mother prepareing old family recipes that filled our home with so many memories. My cooking abilities have guided me thru the years to teach what I love to do. I started teaching cooking classes at adult education in serval high schools in Northern Virginia, became a member of the USPCA, started my in home cooking service, became a chef instructor at the Culinaria Cooking school in Vienna Virginia and still teach classes there, which has lead me to teaching classes at Paul,s Culinary Kitchen. Thanks to the encouragement of friends and family, I have been able to turn my passion for food and cooking into delicious meals for my clients and students.
