Artists of all levels, members and nonmembers, are invited to participate in a workshop with classical, realist artist Brenda Kidera, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 19-21. The instruction will focus on still life painting in a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The lessons and techniques presented by can be applied to all subjects of watercolor painting.
This two-and-one-half day workshop will be held at the Glade Clubhouse in Rehoboth Beach, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., Sunday. The facility is well-lit and provides ample parking, Delaware Watercolor Society will provide snacks and beverages. The fee for nonmembers is $300, the members fee is $250 or $275 depending on date of registration.
Kidera has a fine arts degree from Towson University, has won countless awards, and is a signature member of several local art organizations.
